The project is located in the core area of National AAAA Taihu Tourism Resort. It is about 8 kilometers, 10 minutes' drive from Huzhou City, 40 minutes' drive from Hangzhou and 90 minutes' drive from Shanghai. The total construction area of the project is 960,000 square meters and that of Outlet is 97,000 square meters.

The project takes the four functions of leisure, business, shopping and residence as its leading role. It plans to build the core landscape belt of one lake, one dike and three trunk lines (traffic trunk lines), and create a new housing industry complex with high-grade fashion consumption, urban scenic tourism vacation and business residence.
