The project is located in the southeast of Acheng Shanshui New Town, Harbin. It is located in the south of Acheng Shanshui New Town, near Sui-Man Expressway (high-speed entrance and exit can be moved to the project location) and the planned Acheng Station of Light Rail, 40 minutes' drive from Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center. The project covers an area of about 280,000 square meters and a construction area of 20 square meters.

The project is composed of three functional areas, namely, health preservation zone, European style shopping zone and comprehensive function supporting zone. It aims to build a "fashionable and healthy

 leisure base" which integrates health preservation, leisure shopping, gourmet Entertainment and other industries and provides comprehensive services.
