The project is located in Xianghe County, Langfang City, Hebei Province. It is about 40 kilometers west of Beijing Capital Vice-Center, 60 kilometers east of Beijing Central District and Qingdao. The total land area of the project is about 440,000 square meters and the total building area is about 800,000 square meters.
